This includes, but is not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The service may go down, lose your data, produce bad audio, or stop working at any time, with or without notice. You use it at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator of reader shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of audio files, or service interruptions — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
In plain terms: this is a side project run for fun. If something goes wrong, the operator is not responsible.
There is no uptime guarantee. The service may be suspended, rate-limited, shut down, or materially changed at any time without notice. Audio files are retained on a best-effort basis subject to the retention period shown in the app; the operator reserves the right to delete files at any time.
